What You will do:
Engage and Educate: Handle incoming inquiries, providing clients with comprehensive information about our fire protection services, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, and emergency
- Proactive Outreach: Make outbound calls to introduce our state-of-the-art fire protection products and services to potential leads, emphasizing the importance of comprehensive fire safety
- Research and Identify: Use online resources like LinkedIn and Google to find key decision-makers in target sectors such as Food and Beverages, Pharma Industries, Factories, Hospitals, and Shopping Malls, who require robust fire protection
- Lead Generation: Spend 5 hours daily engaging with decision-makers to set up meetings for Sales Managers to discuss customized fire safety solutions, including fire suppression systems and fire risk
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and confirm appointments between qualified leads and our Sales Representatives to explore comprehensive fire protection
- Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline, ensuring they understand the critical importance of fire safety and
- CRM Management: Keep detailed and accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring all client interactions related to fire protection needs are meticulously
- Utilize Platforms: Leverage Just Dial and Indiamart to enhance outreach efforts and identify new opportunities for fire safety
What you will not do:
- Aggressive Cold Calling: You will not be required to engage in aggressive cold calling or harassment of potential Our focus is on building genuine connections.
- Cross-Department Responsibilities: You will not be required to take on responsibilities outside the scope of telemarketing, such as technical support or field sales
- Compromise on standards: You will not compromise on the accuracy of client information or fire safety standards
What We Are Looking For:
- Educational Background: Tech, BBA, MBA, or a relevant qualification.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the fire protection
- A tech whiz with MS Office proficiency and strong skills in CRM Systems
- A passionate communicator with a knack for building rapport, able to calmly assess a client’s needs

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, product demonstrations, and managing the complete sales funnel. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Generation: Research and Identify potential customers using variety of sources like LinkedIn Sales navigator, online searches and others
- EMail Marketing: Design and Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and nurture existing leads
- Product Demonstration: Engage with potential customers by video conference to demonstrate the features and benefits of our innovative products and services and persuade them to purchase
- Sales Reporting: Managing a sales pipeline involves monitoring sales activities and customer interactions, updating sales records and customer information in a customer relationship management (CRM) system and providing regular reports on sales activities and results.
- Handling Sales Funnel: Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to closing ensuring a smooth transition through each stage of the funnel.
- Client Relationship: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized assistance and product recommendations.
What You’ll not Do:
- Engage in Field Sales: You will not be tasked with going to door-to-door for Sales or travel to meet clients in person
- Engage in high pressure sales Tactics : You will not employ aggressive or manipulative sales techniques to close deals. We prioritize building genuine relationships with our customers
