  • Develop and Create an engaging graphics for digital social media content like Youtube Shorts, Instagram and Tiktok reels that spark conversations 
  • Develop and create eye-catching posters, banners and other creatives for social media that leave a lasting impression
  • Create mesmerizing website visuals that keep visitors coming back more. 
  • Develop and maintain cohesive visual identity that aligns with the company’s brand guidelines across all design materials
  •  Idealization, conceptualization and production of print collateral like leaflets, banners, posters, visiting cards, dockets, books, standees, marketing materials.
  • Bring your creativity to life by designing eye-catching  themes and layouts for newsletters, magazines, journals, and more.
  • Maintain consistency in colour schemes, font styles, and sizes across various projects, ensuring alignment with client preferences

Qualifications:

As a Telemarketing Executive at Basic Elements Solutions Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional support to our customers regarding their fire protection needs. The telemarketing executive is the one who is responsible for building trust of the client by clearly understanding and recording their problems. You are responsible for facilitating the communication between the Vertical Sales Representative and Potential clients. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Attend all incoming calls from clients inquiring about the services 
  • Initiate outbound calls to leads or prospects to introduce the company’s products or services 
  • Sourcing the accurate contact details  from the online resources like LinkedIn and Google search of the key decision makers from sectors like Food and Beverages, Pharma Industries, Factories, Hospitals and Shopping malls
  • Spending 5 hours per day on calling up the decision makers of the target customers to get meetings for the Sales managers
  • Schedule appointments for Sales representatives with the qualified leads
  • Conduct timely Follow up with the prospects to nurture relationship and move them through Sales Pipeline
  • Maintain accurate and up to date of  the relevant information in the CRM  
  • Having experience with handling of Just Dial and Indiamart

Qualifications: 

  • Candidates with educational qualification of BBA/MBA or any other relevant qualification.

Position Overview: 

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on using  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, product demonstrations, and managing the  complete sales funnel. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by generating leads,  nurturing relationships, and closing deals. 

What You’ll Do:  

  • Lead Generation: Research and Identify potential customers using variety of sources like  LinkedIn Sales navigator, online searches and others  
  • EMail Marketing: Design and Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage  prospective clients and nurture existing leads 
  • Product Demonstration: Engage with potential customers by video conference to  demonstrate the features and benefits of our innovative products and services and  persuade them to purchase  
  • Sales Reporting: Managing a sales pipeline involves monitoring sales activities and  customer interactions, updating sales records and customer information in a customer  relationship management (CRM) system and providing regular reports on sales activities  and results. 
  • Handling Sales Funnel: Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to closing  ensuring a smooth transition through each stage of the funnel. 
  • Client Relationship: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized assistance and product recommendations.

What You’ll not Do: 

  • Engage in Field Sales: You will not be tasked with going to door-to-door for Sales or travel to meet clients in person 
  • Engage in high pressure sales Tactics : You will not employ aggressive or manipulative sales techniques to close deals. We prioritize building genuine relationships with our customers

What are we looking for:  

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in inside sales  
  • Qualification: Bachelors or Masters in Marketing, Business or relevant field
